Attorney Jason Willis concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and general litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida and received his Bachelor's degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Mr. Willis graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice. As an undergraduate student, he developed a passion for helping others and fighting injustices. Upon entering law school, he was anxious to make an immediate impact.
Attorney Jason Willis was very involved in law school and took the opportunity to learn from other cultures and immerse himself in the diversity of his school. He was a member of the American Association for Justice, Black Law Student Association, Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and a founding member of Stonewall LGBTA Law Association. He also excelled in academics and graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Willis was also a member of Law Review and was awarded the honor of "Outstanding Senior Staff Editor". Throughout his time in law school, Mr. Willis interned for the State Attorney's Office, a private practice law firm, and a federal judge for the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida.
Mr. Willis grew even more passionate about working for justice and equality as an Assistant Public Defender. He has litigated over 25 misdemeanor and felony criminal jury trials and he worked diligently for his clients establishing a strong reputation. He has extensive experience in criminal law which excited to bring to the firm.
